Description

Technically, the Cenote column washbasin is about 42 cm in diameter and 90 cm high, with a circular bowl, no tap‑hole and a free‑drain layout, prepared for either wall‑ or floor‑drain setups depending on the variant chosen. The basin is made of hand‑worked refractory clay, available in two external finishes (natural earth or dark earth), with the interior enameled in either transparent, cream white for the natural‑earth version or blue for the dark‑earth version; the pedestal always matches the sink’s exterior finish and must be fixed to the floor. The unit is supplied with a waste plug and enameled cap in the same interior tone, and the floor‑drain version requires the MET0475 trap. Because each piece is entirely handmade, slight surface variations or differences between items are to be viewed as a mark of quality rather than a flaw; Cenote in column form suits being placed as a freestanding element in front of plain or textured walls, ideal for bathrooms aiming for an earth‑toned, sensorial character.
