Description
Its painted steel frame is supported by elastic straps for suspension, while the feet are made of plastic material to ensure stability and protection. The padding consists of differentiated-density, shape-retaining polyurethane foam enclosed in a fixed polyester and polyamide fiber lining. The removable upholstery is available in a curated selection of fabrics, allowing for extensive personalization. Linea is one of the first designs resulting from the collaboration between Francesco Rota and Paola Lenti and was pivotal in establishing the company’s international reputation. A special limited edition features removable upholstery made from felt printed with large stylized flowers, inspired by the original collection from the 1990s. The project was honored with the Compasso d’Oro Award’s Honourable Mention in 2001.
