The couch that completes the series Barcelona is defined as "a timeless classic". Made in the thirties to follow the armchair in the furnishings of the Pavilion of the famous Spanish city. Studied in all detail, then as now is a decore that can adapted to any furnitures as it will be the only protagonist. The KnollStudio logo and signature of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe are stamped into each piece.

MATERIALS

Structure in solid walnut stained ash. Eleven straps of leather are hand-welted and hand-tufted to the mattress. 72 squares cut and sewn by hand-tufted, with quilting buttons. Cushions are premium quality, fire retardant, high-resiliency urethane foam with down-like dacron polyester fiberfill. Bolster in matching leather is secured to cushion platform with straps or free and easy to reposition. Legs are polished tubular stainless steel.
