This bed takes shape as a vessel, an expanded shell, an open and hollow form, entirely clad in fine saddle leather. Like an inverted saddle, it rests on slender matt light grey epoxy-coated steel supports, evoking pure and absolute neoclassical silhouettes. Its lyre-shaped design offers a sober yet distinguished elegance, enriched by refined saddle stitching details. The headboard and side bands are crafted from a combination of solid poplar heartwood, plywood, and melamine-coated panels, joined with cylindrical dowels and traditional woodworking techniques. The padding is made of resilient, CFC-free polyurethane foam with a high density of 70 kg/m³. The leather upholstery is non-removable, highlighting the exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
