The Berlin-based studio Läufer & Keichel has designed a chair and armchair for Kristalia with soft, embracing lines. The name recalls the number two, which recurs throughout the project starting with the two elliptical surfaces of the seat and backrest, which wrap sensually around the body.

Description

Available with a slide-frame base or four solid wood legs, the chair and armchair can be upholstered in any of the fabrics and leathers from the catalogue, with the option to differentiate the upholstery on the seat and backrest to create either contrasting or tone-on-tone combinations. The wide range of versions includes solid wood bases with widths from 47 to 60 cm, a depth of 53 cm and a height of 81 cm, slide-frame options with the same dimensions, cantilever versions slightly shorter at 80 cm high, swivel and wheeled trestle bases with diameters of 67 and 75 cm respectively, both 81 cm high, and a five-spoke wheeled base adjustable from 74 to 86 cm in height. The collection also includes a slide-frame stool reaching a height between 100 and 110 cm.
