Eileen Gray is an international name of the design. Collaborator in the '20s and '30s of important architects such as Le Corbusier and JJP Oud , design articles and bar stools in several variations. This stool is a classic design by Eileen Gray, who since 1973 has granted the worldwide rights to manufacture and distribute her designs to Aram Designs Limited London. The Museum of Modern Art has added his legendary Adjustable Table E 1027 to its permanent design collection in 1978. Bar Stool No. 1 is adjustable, has the frame and chromed steel column, feet in cast aluminum with black or white lacquered finish . The upholstery is made of polyurethane with quilting cotonee leather in different colors.
