Description
The Archibald family expands with the Archibald Stool, designed by Jean-Marie Massaud. The sharp lines of the wooden or metal bases merge with the soft and welcoming shapes of the seat, upholstered in leather or fabric, creating an impeccable and versatile design, suitable for modern residential spaces or hospitality environments. The backrest shell is made of rigid polyurethane, molded into shape, while the seat padding consists of soft polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. The seat frame is crafted from birch plywood, with molded polyurethane foam padding and polyester wadding. The support apron, also made of birch plywood, supports the seat frame and connects it to the base. The stools are available in various heights and with a solid wood base in wenge or moka-stained ash, complete with felt pads to protect the floor. The leather upholstery features contrasting stitching along the edges and external surfaces of the seat. In the column stool version, the column is always made of leather, even if the seat is upholstered in fabric.
