The rug's design, inspired by nautical ropes and fabric belts, gives it a distinctive character and a welcoming feel.

Description

The Sherazade rug by Poltrona Frau is available in two main sizes: 200x300 cm and 250x350 cm, with the option to create custom sizes up to a maximum of 18 sqm. The design size and proportions may vary depending on the chosen size. The rug is double-sided and comes in three color variants: Ecru with grey bands, Blue with beige bands, and Rust with beige bands. The crafting technique involves using rectangular braids sewn together in a parallel pattern. The braids are made of polypropylene fibers with a mélange yarn, giving the surface a striped appearance, which is accentuated at the ends by contrasting braids. The terminal edges feature a decorative fringe made of polypropylene. The overall thickness is approximately 7 mm, with a weight of 3 kg/sqm. The Poltrona Frau® logo is displayed on a fabric label near one corner. The rug is sustainably made in Italy. Routine maintenance involves frequent vacuuming or gentle brushing to avoid surface damage. Non-greasy stains can be cleaned with a mild detergent solution, while grease stains should be treated with acetone. The fabric should be washed in cold water and air-dried.
