Designed for outdoor settings, the piece is encased in a knotted rope net featuring contrasting tones, recalling the handcrafted weaves of Cassina’s outdoor furniture collection. The light fixture is made of liquid-painted metal for outdoor durability and houses a replaceable LED Retrofit bulb with either an E27 or E26 socket, depending on the market, which is not included. Created to withstand the elements while retaining a refined aesthetic, Bollicosa Nautilus combines the poetry of traditional glasswork with modern technology, operating at 220–240 V in Europe, the UK, and China, and at 100–120 V in the USA and Japan.
