Petra is an outdoor shower column designed by Diego Vencato and Marco Merendi for Agape, conceived for gardens, terraces and wellness areas. Made in Cementoskin®, a pigmented‑in‑mix concrete, or in marble, with a natural, velvety finish, the column pairs with the matching Petra shower tray to form a fully material shower enclosure. Its upper section features notches that allow different tap configurations, turning the column into a strongly graphic and functional centerpiece.

Description

Petra is an outdoor shower column in Cementoskin® or marble, with a vertical, geometric outline that evokes a naturally eroded stone, suitable for both outdoor and characterful indoor spaces. Cementoskin® is a pigmented concrete with a soft, tactile surface that is highly resistant to dirt and weathering, while the marble versions (Carrara, Carnico, Marquina, Verde Alpi, Petit Granit, Emperador dark, travertine) enhance a sense of luxury and timelessness. Along the upper edge of the column are notches designed to hold the shower fittings, allowing different layouts for the shower head, handheld and side jets while keeping the surface clean and uninterrupted. The column is meant to be paired with the Petra shower tray or the slatted shower deck, creating a unified composition where the act of showering is framed within a sculptural volume, ideal for spas, luxury gardens and contract projects that favour a natural, material‑driven aesthetic.
