Maxwell, crafted by Massimo Castagna for Acerbis in 2014, employs simple lines to spotlight premium stones—matte Carrara statuario, gold Calacatta, Levanto red, or Alpi green marble—over a slate-gray painted steel frame for “V”-shaped legs and 2 cm top with rounded corners and beveled edges divided into sections on wood backing. Apparent top thinness offsets bold hybrid legs, exposing shades, deep chiaroscuro, and mineral mosaics from geological ages, with glossy polyester optional and stone “Lazy Susan” ø90 cm tray available.
