The external outline of the horizontal tabletop is very thin, and its stiffness is achieved by bending the aluminum sheet along inclined planes. Originally designed for the Fondation Cartier in Paris, LessLess tables stand out for their intrinsic elegance and light lines, fitting seamlessly into any environment.

Description

LessLess is a range of tables designed by Jean Nouvel in 1994. The tables stand out for their structure made of extruded aluminum painted in Molteni's colors and a reinforced box-section aluminum sheet top with folded and ribbed wedges, bonded together with epoxy glue. The legs are corner elements made from extruded aluminum, also painted in Molteni's colors, while the feet are made of nylon for stability and durability. With their elegant and streamlined design, the LessLess tables come in various sizes, fitting seamlessly into any environment.

The brand is distinguished by innovative design, continuous research, and the adoption of advanced production techniques, supplying furnishings for museums, hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships, with collaborations from renowned designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Rodolfo Dordoni, Jean Nouvel, and Hannes Wettstein. Molteni&C received the prestigious Compasso d'Oro career award in 1994 and 2020, awarded by ADI (Association for Industrial Design). Since 2012, in collaboration with the Gio Ponti Archives and under the artistic direction of Studio Cerri & Associati, it has exclusively reissued several iconic pieces by Gio Ponti, intended for private residences, special projects, or limited editions, faithfully respecting the original designs.
