The idea of developing tailor-made projects dates back to 1927, when brothers Cesare and Umberto Cassina founded the company "Figli di Amedeo Cassina" with the aim of creating the finest handcrafted furniture in Italy. After World War II, the post-war reconstruction gave new momentum to this vision, and the company entered the custom-made furniture business, creating solutions for hotels, offices, and cruise ships.
