Description
The base is constructed from welded steel with plastic feet for support. The seat structure is made of shaped plywood, elastic straps, and high-density polyurethane foam, topped with a polyester fiber cover. The internal frame of the upholstered parts is crafted from solid spruce wood and particleboard. The seat cushioning includes a polyurethane insert and sterilized feathers, enclosed in a 100% cotton cover. The back cushions are filled with Solotex and covered in 100% cotton, while the wing-shaped armrests have a metal frame with cold-foamed polyurethane and cotton/polyester covers. The headrests come in two variations: a fixed version made from shaped plywood with a polyurethane and polyester fiber cover, and a roll headrest filled with high-resilience foam and covered in velvety fabric.
The seat cushion depth is 77 cm for the structure alone and around 54 cm when including the back cushions. The distance from the floor to the underside of the sofa is 16 cm. The external upholstery is removable and comes in different finishes, including both fabric and leather options, with specific codes for each configuration. The system is versatile, offering different compositions with varied armrest, seat, and back cushion combinations. The maximum weight capacity for each seat is 15 kg when uniformly distributed.
The Gregor system is available in a variety of dimensions and configurations, including versions with armrests, corner sections, and chaise longues, with options for ornamental cushions and back cushions. The sofa can be customized with various upholstery options, from matching fabric for all elements to combinations of leather for the base and armrests and fabric for the seat and cushions.
