Description

Gliss Master–Paris Door stands out for its essential and orderly language, combining formal coherence and compositional versatility. The door is available in wood, matt or glossy lacquer, and melamine finishes, and can be paired with the vertical handle system in metal or wood veneer; this approach allows Paris Door to integrate with other doors in the program while maintaining continuity between solid and transparent surfaces. It is a suitable choice for walk-in closets and made-to-measure wardrobes that require sobriety, rhythm, and broad design freedom.

The brand is distinguished by innovative design, continuous research, and the adoption of advanced production techniques, supplying furnishings for museums, hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships, with collaborations from renowned designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Rodolfo Dordoni, Jean Nouvel, and Hannes Wettstein. Molteni&C received the prestigious Compasso d'Oro career award in 1994 and 2020, awarded by ADI (Association for Industrial Design). Since 2012, in collaboration with the Gio Ponti Archives and under the artistic direction of Studio Cerri & Associati, it has exclusively reissued several iconic pieces by Gio Ponti, intended for private residences, special projects, or limited editions, faithfully respecting the original designs.
